Our commitment to sustainability

During FSD8 conference, environmentally friendly measures will be taken to minimise the event's carbon footprint, including environmentally responsible transport choices, local and sustainable catering, and reduced paper use. 

The following measures have been implemented to reduce the event's carbon footprint:

• Catering will be provided by local, seasonal producers, and some organic and vegetarian options will be available
• Recyclable or reusable tableware will be used
• Eco-cups and mugs will be distributed to reduce plastic use
• Goodies produced in Europe have been selected.
• Gas-powered buses will be used for travel.
• A digital version of the programme will be provided

To help us commit to sustainability, we encourage you to favour public transport and use the bus, tram or train to come to the conference.
