Instructions for submitting revised abstracts

Abstracts must always be submitted by the presenting author using his/her personal account.
Revised abstracts must be submitted by 31 May 2025 to be considered for oral presentation.

Presenting authors of accepted abstracts must register for the conference by 30 June 2025. Failure to register will result in the abstract being withdrawn from the conference program.

To submit an abstract :

1- Log in to your account


2- Click on “Create an abstract” (This action will allow you to upload your revised version.), complete the submission form, and upload your abstract as a .DOC or .DOCX document  (word) untitled abstractnumber_authorname

3- Once submitted, please ensure you receive a confirmation email in your inbox.
If you do not receive a confirmation, your submission may not have been successful.
